Options Online has been operating in the field of Options Catalogs, Order Entry and Management since it was founded in 1992 by Jack Downes and Sally Prince. Options Online web based version was completed in December 2000 after eight years of development and has continued to include enhancements that serve our customers.

The original idea of the order entry system was developed by Jack Downes which grew into a computerized program called Options Online. The need for the software was driven by the necessity to provide timely and accurate information to all parties involved in the construction of a new home. Before Options Online, miscommunications to trade partners as well as forgetting to notify some trades were common problems with homebuyer upgrades. These failures resulted in lost income for the builder and unsatisfied homebuyers. Today, these problems are a thing of the past thanks to cutting edge technology from Options Online.
