After many successful years in the Design Center business I wouldn't want to do Options or Design Studio without the advantages we now have using Options Online. Our Homebuyers have more time online to prepare to make decisions and understand the options available to finish their home. We sell more options with less problems using the Community Options Catalogs. The Online Back Office is invaluable in communicating all the homebuyers selection to Construction and our Vendors. This allows us to build what we've sold faster and more accurately. We are in the process of integrating Options Online with SAP to operate paperless. All these advantages save us money, increase sales and provide our Homebuyers with the highest level of service.

If you are seriously interested in solving all of your option related issues, including processing, sales, buyer satisfaction, field reporting and trade partner confusion, along with enhancing your homebuyer’s experience at the same time, I have a recommendation for you. We made a decision about three years ago after “Options” quickly became the topic of discussion at every weekly staff meeting, and was our number one initiative in efforts to enhance our operational excellence. After a year of putting “Options Online” to the test by all departments and disciplines on our team, we decided that Options Online was the tool that we needed to enhance our operational excellence and solve our challenges. We have now used the Options Online for three years with great success and I am proud to say that we have achieved operational excellence with our option process, and we are able to measure our success on a regular basis through the positive feedback that we get from our team, trades and most importantly our homebuyers.
