System Requirements for Options Online

Browser
Microsoft Internet Explorer is the basic software tool you need to access Options Online. We strongly recommend using the most current version of Microsoft Internet Explorer. The following versions are supported:
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 6
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 7
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 8
Portable Document Format (PDF)
Back Office Reports are available in Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF). We strongly recommend using the most current version of the Adobe Acrobat plug-in to view PDF documents. The following versions are supported:
- Adobe Acrobat Reader 7
- Adobe Acrobat Reader 8
- Adobe Acrobat Reader 9
Flash Videos (F4V)
Product and home tour videos are available in Adobe Flash Video (F4V) format. We strongly recommend using the most current version of the Adobe Flash Player plug-in to view Flash videos. The following versions are supported:
- Adobe Flash Player 9 Update 3
- Adobe Flash Player 10
Configuring your system for better viewing
Set Display Resolution: For best viewing it is recommended that the screen resolution be set to 1024x768 or 1280x960 pixels.
Enable Browser Cache:
Set Internet Explorer Temporary Internet Files to check for newer version of stored pages Automatically and set the Disk space usage to 50MB.
Disable Pop-up Blocking:
Set Internet Explorer to allow pop-ups from specific websites by adding the following address as an Allowed site: www.optioncatalog.com
Add Trusted Site:
Set Internet Explorer to use the Trusted Zone security settings by adding the following address to Trusted sites: https://www.optioncatalog.com
Enable Mixed Content on Trusted Sites:
Change security level for Trusted sites to a custom level. Change the Miscellaneous setting for Display mixed content to Enable.
